Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Lekker Lekker wine & friends currently ships to Denmark and are working to get shipping going to Sweden and Germany soon :)

ESTIMATED SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES:

We normally process your order within 1-2 days after you place your order and then it will take between 2-3 days with our shipping partner to get your the package. 

Denmark: 3-7 days

TAXES AND DUTY

If you live in a country where your government require additional taxes or duty to be paid for receiving alcohol that is not explicitly paid by Lekker Lekker ApS, you (the customer) are responsible for declaring and paying the applicable fees. By purchasing wines from Lekker Lekker, you accept full responsibility to declare & pay additional fees for your wine and accept that Lekker Lekker will not incur any such charges, should they arise.

For Denmark, orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

RETURNS

We offer returns on all orders from 30 days of the shipment’s arrival if the products has been damaged or does not meet your excepted standard. This right applies only when the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as they were received. Please note that you as the customer will need to pay the shipping cost as well as any return fees. Please contact hello@lekker.wine to initiate a return. We recommend you keep your shipping receipt until you have received your refund. The refunded amount will be paid out from us directly when we have received the product.
